As I write this on Tuesday night, I realize I have no time to interview the talented and easy-going Jack McKenzie, so will reschedule with him after his hockey game next week. Because tonight I am baking a MYSTERY CAKE for my Wednesday blog stop, Vintage Cookbooks with Amy Alessio!
